Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your name, email, phone number and delivery address. After paying you can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email if you'd like to track your orders in one place.
How much is delivery, and where do you deliver?
We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. The delivery fee depends on your state and is shown at checkout, together with your full total, before you pay.
How do I pay, and when is my order confirmed?
You pay securely online at checkout. Your order is confirmed as soon as your payment is verified, and we email you an order confirmation with your order number.
How can I track my order?
Use the order link on your confirmation page or in your confirmation email to see your order's progress. You can also sign in to your account with your email to see all your orders.
Can I ask questions before I buy?
Yes, please do. Tap Chat with us on WhatsApp on any page and our team will help you choose. We reply Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm (WAT).
